 Diamond promise rings can be given or exchanged for any manner of reasons. The rings are symbols of a promise between two people whether friends, enemies or lovers. Men don't usually wear diamond promise rings but may wear the ring if their partner is the one to give the ring rather than vice versa. Promise rings come in a variety of styles.
