 Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with any product purchased through JewelBasket.com, contact us for a return authorization within 30 days from the invoice date. You will be credited the full purchase price less shipping, handling and gift wrapping if applicable. If your order included the free shipping option, your refund will be $6.25 less than the total order if returned. All Mother's Rings and Pendants, Personalized Jewelry and Engraved Items are made to order, and are a final sale. Jewelry Boxes, Watch Valets & Men's Valets have a 15 day return policy.
To return any jewelry item, email us at customerservice@jewelbasket.com. or call us at 1-866-81-JEWEL, (1-866-815-3935) for a return authorization #. Please include a brief note of the reason for your return, a copy of the Invoice with the return, and make sure the item is insured for the total cost. JewelBasket.com is unable to accept any returned merchandise that has been visibly worn, scuffed, scratched or marked in any way.
Note: All Items must be returned in refurbishable condition.
Note: Due to the manufacturing processes Gold weight and Stone weights may vary by up to 5-10%, above or below, the advertised size and weight.
Ring Size Exchange Policy
JewelBasket.com will exchange a ring size for a different ring size of the same style at no cost for the first exchange, there will be a $6.25 shipping and handling charge to the credit card you used for your order. If subsequent exchanges are required, an extra refurbishing charge of 15% will be added, and charged to the original credit card. Note: This does not apply to FINAL SALE Items.
One year limited warranty
Jewelry purchased from JewelBasket.com is warranted for 1 full year against any manufacturer's defects. If a jewelry item breaks or fails within a one year period, JewelBasket.com, at its discretion, will either repair or replace the item. Normal wear and tear, abuse, and the loss of stones or pearls from settings are not covered. A shipping and handling charge of $15 will be charged to the customer.
Lost Package Policy
On the rare occasion, that a package is lost in transit, either by United States Postal Service (USPS) or UPS, we reserve the right to wait up to 30 days from the inquiry or trace date to determine if the package is actually lost. JewelBasket.com, LLC. will not hold the purchaser's funds any longer than possible. However we need to follow proper postal procedures to determine if the package was signed by anther person, stolen or lost. We will refund the entire purchase price unless proof of delivery can be obtained (i.e. the package was delivered and signed for). Money for lost packages, will not be refunded unless the above procedure is followed, and it is understood that JewelBasket.com LLC. has fulfilled their obligation once the package has been shipped from our offices.
Overseas Orders
Overseas orders must be done via a Wire Transfer. We will contact the customer via e-mail and send Routing and Bank Account numbers. The funds will need to be trasfered to our bank account within 48 hours, or we will cancel the order.

Custom Engraving
Most Engravable Jewelry items can accommodate up to 20 characters. All personalized jewelry becomes a final sale! Our Jewelry Engraving is of the finest quality. By offering Engraving Jewelry, we are now a full service jewelry shop. Please allow 3 extra days for the engraving process. Each jewelry item is unique, and therefore the placement of the letters or numbers must be left up to our skilled engraver artists.
